Can you share ur NOC details

As far as sales and HR is concern, the category was not opened last year also

Yes!! I have applied through consultant in Ontario..

Normally,you should get PER for your application submitted in april 2012

They give PER within 45 days or 2 months max

Does any one know the validity period of the LOA-Letter of Authenticity provided by the Dubai RTA for showing our driving experience in UAE.is it one or 2 month?


Just have one more confusion-I hope I only have to collect one letter -LOA from Dubai RTA because on one of the earlier comments in other forum it we mentioned to take the 'Letter of Authentication and also to get true transalation copy.


Just quoting from the prevuious comments for reference
1. We must obtain a 'Letter of Authentication'* from the country's Roads & Transport Authority, explaining** our D/License.
2. Take also a 'True Translation Copy'* of our D/License from Road & Transport Authority. Both 1 & 2 maybe clubbed in one.


I Hope i only have to collect one letter from Dubai RTA.

1. The letter is valid for 2 months
2. If you get it from Dubai the letter is in English and no translation is required

You have applied under AEO and not Federal Skilled Worker......the process time is different for AEO compared to Federal skilled worker
