hi everyone, i came dubai after getting first AOR in pakistan and got 2nd AOR 2 months ago. since i have changed my job and i am in Dubai now.
these are the document i am sending to canada visa office and need confirmation if this is fine and nothing else should be sent
1- reference letter from employer (with salary,joining date and job title etc)
2- tenancy contract for prove of stay in dubai
3- passport copy with resident visa
4- UAE driving license copy
5- resignation letter from old company
6- bank statement from new account in dubai
7- a cover letter to explain the change of address and job

can anyone tell me convenient way of sending this info to visa office. is it postal mail or email or fax can do. please let me know the london visa office address as well if anyone sent and got updated.

Hi Yoboy, dont forget to notarize the copies of above documents before sending to the VO.

Below is the mailing address of the CHC London. You will have to send the notarized hard copies.

Hi dear, dont notarize the covering letter. And its not even necessary to send the tenancy contract copy, your visa page along with Dubai job offer is more then enough as a proof that you are living and working here. But still if you want to send the tenancy contract copy, then no need to notarize it.

There is a Canadian registered lawyer (ilsgroup dot com tel: 043554646), located in Canada Consulate Building in Bur Dubai, you can get your documents copy notarized by him.

hi buddy

u need to send only the 1 - passport copy with visa page
2- labour contract copy
3- company employment letter (original)
4 - covering letter with new postal address

only the 1 and 2 need to be attested. tht u can do the attest (True Copy stamp) for any legal translator. or u can go to Flash legal translation in Rolla SHJ. its only dhs 10 per page. SIMPLE .... buddy

No need to send any other documents
