any ideas, about how long it takes for PVO to let us get DM,

DM does not happen until after you have sent your passports. It will remain in process till then.

Have been away all these days after sending my application under noc 2147. Got a mail from cic that my app has been returned on 16th oct as the cap has been reached :'(
Thank you cool guy for ur support but unfortunately we couldnt make it. Missed it by just 3 days.wanna know if thr is any other option available to apply??? What abt Quebec??? Can we apply thr????

You can apply Qubec under "Computer Engineer" category but now french language points is mandatory to get enrolled in Provincial Immi there.

Mostly we have sent money from Dubai to India or our home country but how can I get money from India to UAE ?
I am asking because I have to pay a loan before I move to canada.
Lets say 1 million rupee I wanna receive here in UAE so whats the best way to get the money without losing much financial charges/remittance charges.
Advise needed.

Does the passport request come on email or a letter from LVO ? I keep wondering what happens if a letter is misplaced in the post ?

Mine is an email, i remember u can choose a prefer contact way ( email or mail ) in the application.
