regarding the B4 and B4a forms ,like my mobile my personal camera i will take with me during landing and then i will take back with me to dubai also same for mobiles , ipad and some gold pieces for my wife so the question is , is it mandatoru to list them down in both forms ( i mean the goods with me and then the good following me for my final landing) i am little confused about this issue ??

I have following concerns
1. What is the average processing time?
2. What documents should I submit against "evidence for my liabilities"? (credit card & personal loan in Qatar)
3. How does CIC go about financial background check, especially for residents of Qatar? As I have liability here in Qatar but savings in India.
If u r visiting first time, they will not ask goods carried list. They will ask for goods to follow list which should be more precise such as qty and value.
U can add them in both list, but they may check goods to follow list mainly. If they don't ask that also, u need to show them for ur record for stamping

2. What documents should I submit against "evidence for my liabilities"? (credit card & personal loan in Qatar) : As far as I know, there is no 'evidence of liabilities'; but proof of fund. The document given for the POF should not reflect liabilities - EMI and other stuff.
3. How does CIC go about financial background check, especially for residents of Qatar? As I have liability here in Qatar but savings in India. : You can notarize a copy of your FD and show it as the POF, they will accept.
U will get Driving experience certificate from Al barsha, qusais, other branches also. Call 800 9090 and they will explain u
After getting certificate, u need to attest it at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) at burdubai near indian or oman consulate. They will charge 150 dhs. Attestation is mandatory.

Yes, validity is for two months only and you need to apply for license within that time. However, what I heard is that they allow for few additional days after expiry. But it depends on the person dealing with you.

I noticed my friend PPR request ,Passport Specification Heading , Surname is required ... So its mean ...without Surname they will not grant the visa, please clarify.
