just wait till your Ecas is changed to Decision Made. I also submitted my passport on 3rd june. Decision made on my Ecas on 13th July. Still I have not received my passport form LVO.
I sent email to them in 5th Week from the date of my Passport submission, but no reply.
Lets hope we all will get it back in coming week.

We ( me n my spouse ) are landing in toronto on 24 th of july. Can you please guide me on the following.
1) we have copr, passports, bank draft for pof at the moment with us. To complete landing and avoid hastle which document is required otherthan specified above?
2) we are coming back after 13 days, is it OK to tell immigration officer at airport that we are going back after 12 days?
3) in future we are not planing to bring any taxable / customable stuff with us, any suggestion what to put in " goods to follow list " ?
4) at the moments we are just bringing our regular stuff for 13 days to canada i.e. clothes etc, it seem that b4 form will be empty? Is that ok ?

1) Yes, all above r required. If u r planning for driving license, get RTA driving exp letter
2)Don't tell to officer that u will be back in 13 days. Just tell that u have come to become PR
3)No goods to follow list required, if nothing to bring
4) U need to prepare list of goods u r carrying with u

No, the letter needs to be attested by ministry of foreign affairs in dubai. RTA will explain u that also
