Till date our apps for FSW go to CIO-NS-Canada... from anywhere in the globe.
Incidentally FSW-1 is currently closed... probable opening is early 2013.

MY VISA OFFICE IS LONDON AND I APPLIED ON 15-6-2011 ,in process at 11-1-2012 and i reicved my medical ,updated form and RFRP at 15/11/2012 best luck for you
