Dear Biju,
I am a civil engineer and my wife is a doctor. Completed 7 years in Dubai. We are planning to complete 'landing' formalities in March/April. I won't be able to contribute on CHC London progress as my visa office is New Delhi. However, it will be great to widen friends circle.
Thanks for your initiative.

Hi Elmo,
My consultant did & he got a reply on 31-Jan-2011 saying as:
" Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time. "
Now seriously planning to apply for CAIPS notes...

London CHC are processing applications really slow...
When are they realizing the importance of precious time of the applicants & their problems...

Hello vink,
I'm afraid VO's are bound by the values and objectives for immigration to Canada. They aren't pretty much concerned about your precious time or mine.
I assume VO's process applications based on criteria that has multiple facets and is related to many factors in Canada like unemployment rates, scarcity of specific NOC's, economical situation... For instance, if more nurses are needed, I assume applicantswith that NOC all see their apps reasonably processed faster and so on so forth.
Just thoughts.
Cheers

Might be... Quite True...
really, some of those who received 2nd AOR like barthal and vink did not receive any update till date...
then why those who received later than them is already updated....
are those people also have their VO in London?
Coz my visa office is in London too,
