Hi All Seniors... i am one of the applicant from Dubai, and on 15th Sept10, my medicals(me and my wife) have reached London office, so just waiting for next security clearance stage to get over.

Its really great to find all the Senior Members so cooperative, especially Captian Qurax and Vice Captain Biju...

I hope to see a get together of Dubai members very soon again..!! Come on Seniors !!! please arrange the date and venue for next get TOGETHER..!!

2. Read the guide again, if it says so - u'll have to deposit it.
3. Notarization is thru a Public Notary or a Magistrate.

There is a Canadian registered lawyer (ilsgroup dot com tel: 043554646), located in Canada Consulate Building in Bur Dubai. He will notarized your copied documents. Try to gather
all copied documents in a single folder (for two document or more price will be same ).

If you need any consultation from them, you can get professional consultation, charged per hour (In the case you want to do the immigration process by yourself)

i signed up to this forum recently.
well i applied on july 2009.. my application is in london office and i am applying on NOC 1111, i am waiting for the med's to be requested.. i requested an update on my application and the reply said it got reviewed and they started processing in may 2010...

Anyone know if someone applied during the same period and got the medical request yet?

Then please tell ur consultant to sent a case quiery to the VO , asking from them about ur medicals.
My application was filed in Aug09, and recieved my medicals on 7th Sept, letter dated 18th Aug10.

Not necessarily. S/he can send one by her/himself as well.
In their case, shooting an email enquiry asap is highly desirable.

Yes buddy, I'll be arriving@Dubai on the 28th Oct-2010, as part of my usual 6 monthly visit plans. Stay for a month, in between a trip to my homeland; & return to Toronto again, via Dubai.

It'll be good to see u guys as well.
But any meeting that u guys plan should be@the Al Ghurair Centre, as that's where my office is, and I might not have the time to drive around.

the sonsultant sent an email last month in august to be exact.. got a reply that the application is still in process
