hello experts,

i am a provincial nominee and finally received an ITA
but in 2 weeks my residence visa will be cancelled (company is closing), and will apply for a husband's visa (it may take another 2 weeks).

question:
shall i decline my ITA?
or accept ITA and wait for maybe 3 weeks to cancel & obtain new UAE visa. will it not affect my residency status in my application?
if i decline my ITA, will it also affect my provincial nomination?

kindly advise pls

Your UAE visa has nothing to do tbh... no need to decline ITA...

Thank you. just worried of the time. i believe for PR application, you have to send all the pages of your passport. in my case, i have to wait for my new visa before i can scan all the pages then submit.

Yeah you have 60 days submit your application, so complete your legal status in UAE and then submit your application

This is Rohan here. I am working in Dubai in Travel/Tourism industry.

I have worked in Cameroon, Qatar, India and now in UAE.

While applying for Canada PR, do we need to show all the countries that we have worked/lived for more than 6 months? I mean what If I show only UAE as my last country that I worked besides India (as I need not show other work experiences) ? Or is it mandatory to show all countries ?

India and UAE for sure, if you not lived in Qatar and Cameroon for more than 6 months at a stretch, you should not be requiring their PCC

u have to show it all. mention every stay that counts beyond 6 months. Be as transparent as possible.

I gave my work place address as my mailing address. If it’s not mandatory to put street address don’t put. Also I would recommend to put your work place address as your mailing address

Going back to address history; it is required to put street number And street name.

Depends what Province you are going to. In BC, you have to pass a knowledge test and a road test.

even i check and as per them we have to go through all test like after G1 we can go to G
but lately there was article on gulf news that UAE licence in Canada we can drive or convert not sure
