hi,
im lisa. I am here looking for information for my fiancé to be able to apply for fsw program and come here.
He is Pakistani but works in Dubai. Is this the right place for me?
I'm not sure if he applies through Dubai or through Islamabad.
I am not able to sponsor anyone so this is our only option and I hope I get good feedback and advice.

Express entry is the only option. If he is in dubai or pakistan doesnt matter he needs to create his profile online after doing ielts and degree equivellance from canada. And it will depend on how much will be his score

Just want to know: what is the criteria for waiving interviews? I saw quite a lot of people had them waived, while others didn't..
and what is the minimum CRS points people are aiming for? 450 to 480?
Is it worth it to do TEF exam for intermediate french speaker to claim the points? It will delay my EE entry... from August to October.. but I think im on early 400s so it could help..

interview waiver is at discretion of VO, and your file presentation. if file is well prepared and nothing doubting for further clarification required by interview then mostly waived. then again depends upon the luck as well.
try maximum CRS to get top of the list insted of bottom of the list.
yes french speaking is better than only one english speaking tests. at least it will help few more points, then why not.
u can upload your case not and then update later on after passing TEF
So is it easy to update it without a problem? I will get my IELTs score by mid August and then update it with TEF in October... is that a better option?
