Medical updated on ecas - 4th Nov-2014
All doc's Passport bio page, RPRF fees and PCC submitted on 10th Nov-2014 and after that no response from CIC london visa office
l had sent an email to LVO on 18 dec-2014 regarding my application as i didnt receive any update.
they replied me as below
" Thank you for your email. Your application is currently in a queue awaiting review. Should any further information or documentation be required we will contact you.
Again i send email on 25 Jan-2015 and reply came on 26th Jan-2015 and this time reply was your application is currently undergoing review
Can you please advise what they mean by this as PCC,RPRF,Medicals,bio page and sch A form all submitted back on 10th nov-2014 and medicals updated on ecas on 4th nov-2014.
usually everyone is getting passport request within 1 month of RPRF and medicals
You don't need to worry, LVO does not follow any standard rule to process the applications, it all depends on case to case basis, as you have received the Medical and RPRF it means your background checks are completed, after the submission of Medicals and PCC they might have started the security checks, which might take some time depending on your nationality and countries you lived, also consider the delay time when you application is just lying idle waiting for the case officer to pick it, review and initiate the next step, I hope you will get the update from LVO in next 2 weeks.
All correspondence and submission of documents to LVO only till you get the PPR, in the PPR you will get the instructions to submit the passport to Abu Dhabi embassy, Abu Dhabi VO has no role in your PR decision except they stamp the passport on behalf of LVO.

Current MR for LVO is somewhere in July. However, majority of persons reported on SS are May/June applicants.
LVO does not send AOR but it does updates 2nd line in ECAS.
That should be a PER "Positive Eligibility Review" mail, you can ask your consultant to share the email with you, after few days you can use the UCI number to check your status online through ecas, your first line in ecas should be updated in few days/weeks stating that your application has been received.
