All the stay is less than 6 months; Whether PCC is required for supporting member also? If yes how to get PCC from Saudi and South Korea? Any experienced candidates pls help.
i stayed in UK for 4 months i thought PCC will not be required so i only sent oman PCC but after PER they LVO has asked me for UK PCC ... so it will depend on ur visa officer... they gave me 30 days to submit the documents. .. so i suggest u enquire about the procedure on how to get PCC from the countries u have mentioned just in case LVO asks for it & u would be ready..

The CAP is not full for NOC 1111. It is currently at 413. Please check the CAP status here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

Applying in December will be a stretch. This is because there will be a lot of applicants from 1112 who will try their hands on 1111.
The call is totally yours. At the very least, you can prepare the complete FSW Package and take your call as and when the time comes for submitting the application.
Best option is send the application. In worst scenario, the application will be returned without any money charged (if cap filled).
You are not loosing anything by applying in December
