Hello to All,

I received a request for my passport submission for PR visa issuaance. I am scheduled to have my vacation it it will take me a month before I can submit my passport. Did anyone know if there is a deadline for passport submission? and how long will it take to stamp it f you submit it in Abu Dhabi canada office.

If you have been asked to submit the PP in LVO - you will have to submit it to LVO or request LVO to transfer your stamping to ADVO.

You cannot choose the VO yourself.

LVO takes 4 weeks for stamping. I am guessing ADVO will be the same.

Indeed. But as someone said, "Man proposes, God disposes". We make our plans but God has His own plans for us.
Of course even my circumstances have totally changed but I have faith that God must be having His plan for us for the better.
For a fact, I have more savings to survive canada settlement now as compared to 4 years ago, though it would be even more challenging to find a job at relatively senior position.

Indeed, I feel humbleness when I see those old applicants who have strong belief, commitment, and lot of patience as compared to newer applicants, like myself, who just can't wait to get the visa as soon as they apply.

Its the same as everybody else until it reaches the VO. Then some VOs are relatively quicker than the others.

Apps are processed on a first come first serve basis.

Dear Experts,

kindly help!
I am having a problem with my experience certificate, as my line manager refused to sign the letter since it is including financial part (salary and payment details as requested by CIC) however he is ok fro the duties and responsibilities (NOC 2241)
so can I submit two letters, one is the experience letter and one for salary certificate the have the financial breakdown issued by HR?
I cant get the whole letter from HR since they will not issue responsibilities/ duties as is
please share your inputs

I am Residing in UAE with my spouse, My spouse visa is expired on 23/7/2014 and is under renewal process, since we have extension of 1 month.

Now the issue is in the general application form the current country of residence is asking for from and to date. Now when i enter 23/07/2014 it shows invalid date, so now what shall i do. Should i write extend date to 23/08/2014 as this is legal extension that we have in UAE or shall i presume date two years hence, from the expired date since the visa will be stamped accordingly.

Please note I am applying through visa office of nationality (india) not UAE.

If you are renewing the UAE Residency for your wife, then mention the date of entry in 'to'.

in my opinion, include a letter with your application explaining why have you done so.
