Dual Intent: Study permit while PR(Express Entry Application) in process!

Hello everybody, I am stuck in a situation here. I submitted my documents for EE profile after receiving an ITA on 16th January 2019. The official deadline of receiving the ITA is 16th July 2019 ie 20 more days to go, but I am very doubtful of getting my PR on time. Now I also have a PhD admission offer from a University in Canada for Fall 2019 admission. Now what do i do? Applying for a study Visa requires me to assure that I will temporarily reside in Canada, however my PR application is a contradiction to it. Can I apply for a Study Visa(urgent because classes commencing on 1st September 2019) while having my PR process in waiting? Do I mention about the ongoing PR process in Letter of Explanation of Visa application? What do I do? Kindly help! Thank you very much in advance!

It is totally legit and it should not cause any problem with your other application. Just be sure to disclose that you have a pending PR application in your Study Permit form. You can read more about it in the official link below.

Hey puigi, thank you so much for the reply! Another thing, if (hopefully) I obtain my study permit, will it create any problem with my PR application in future? And did you go through the same situation as mine?
