I submitted ds260 in 19th April 2023. I had visa until 2031 but they revoked it after my refugee claim. When I tried to get appointment it said you are eligible for interview waiver program. Send your documents to the consulate. (They issue new visa without interview). I sent my documents but they send me an email that says you need interview and we will send your documents back.
May 10 I got appointment for August 1st 2023. (From August 1st there were many appointments available). After that I checked same day and I found May 18th and I rescheduled my appointment. So I got appointment a week later.
When I was waiting for interview I met someone. He said we got early appointment because we have visa and we were eligible for interview waiver program. Normally wait time more than 600 days. I thought it was not real but I checked on the system yes it's too long.

Bro, Just click "Does Not Apply" and move on with that application... Does not apply is also an answer. From my Country of birth, we do have National Identification Number and I remember when i first applied for US visa, i specified that. Other countries dont have NIN

From my experience, whenever you have time just log in and see if there is any closer open date. My first appointment was 10 months away, but i was keeping my eyes open everyday and luckily i got one November last year which was 3 weeks after i submitted DS160. Went for interview and got 10years Visa, expiring 2032.
