I ll suggest you to go the PNP way. CIC cut off can not be predicted.. It is supposed to come down as per CIC announcements but if it ll touch 430, only CIC knows.

Exactly. When the EE was initially launched in the beginning of 2015 there were a lot of rumors that the score will drop under 380 by the end of the year, however we can see that every additional week between the draws is able to increase the score
I am trying to understand one thing there how can Ontario select people out of Canada (no offense) when there is some people already here that speak both language and already have a job.
I really hope that there is going to be a draw this week because this weekend is my birthday so I will lost some point I am standing now at 458. If a draw at 455 could happen it would be awesome.
I wish luck to everybody and a happy new hopefully it will our year.

If am not sure, but if you were referring to me, then I have a 1 year graduate certificate from Ontario. (I am not sure if this is considered for PNP though).
