I got PNP today draw and accepted it. However, my IELTS is going to be expired next month 27th, so it will locked once I submit my application or only when they check it?

My CRS is 514 and I received an OINP invitation a couple of weeks ago, I guess I’m just gonna secure that one even though Ontario wasn’t my 1st choice…

I got the oinp too, but I was waiting today for the draw in case.
In your case, with 514 I think you should go for oinp !

2. It mentioned "Rank required to be invited to apply: 1,500th or above"
3. CRS lowest score was 557.

Query: what is the difference between point 2 (rank) and point 3 (crs score) ?

How to calculate the rank ?

The top 1500 applicants constitute "Rank". CRS of 1500th applicant was 557 which is cut off.

They selected the top 1500 by score. And so the lowest score was 557.

You need to get AOR before IELTS expires. Then you are good.

I lived in France for 4 months during lockdown from March to June 2020, should I declare it in address lived or only in travel history .

Why wouldn’t you if you actually lived there?

I think if it was your main residence (you don't have residence somewhere else) then it's an address you lived.
I spent 1 week in a hotel when arriving in Canada, before I got my appartement, I added it as address I lived.

My AOR was 24th August, I waited 1 full year of Canadian employment in order to be fully eligible for the CEC.
