Double Check with CEC requirment

Hello People,

I currently seeking a job that under job category NOC 4214 Early Childhood Educators and Assistants.
I want to make sure if that will qualify myself to apply CEC after having a year working hours from that.

Only the following NOC's are excluded from the consideration under CEC category:

Work experience in the following National Occupation Classification (NOC) B occupations (listed with the corresponding NOC code) will not be accepted in the CEC:
•Cooks (NOC 6322)
•Food service supervisors (NOC 6311)
•Administrative officers (NOC 1221)
•Administrative assistants (NOC 1241)
•Accounting technicians and bookkeepers (NOC 1311)
•Retail sales supervisors (NOC 6211)

I currently seeking a job that under job category NOC 4214 Early Childhood Educators and Assistants.

It is skill level B, so it is skilled (qualifies), but like all B level occupations, it is currently subject to a cap of 200 applicants (until the January 2014). Alas, one year from now, we have no idea what the program requirements will be, there will be the new express entry system, and we don't know what else will change by then...
