does volunteer work in canada needs a work permit

I am on a post graduation work permit in canada, when I was on study permit I was the Board director of

"Waterloo cooperative residence Inc." in which I use to live and youth advisor & fundraiser in Canadian

Red Cross Society,do these work I mean association with an organization without any pay needs any kind

of work permit, I am going to apply my PR so I have to mension, association with any organization and

work in them, should I mension these things or not, kindly help me

Yes, include them on IMM 0008 Schedule 1, Background Declaration, Section 12.
