Does tution fees comes under GIC or NON GIC.

When i went to bank to pay 2300CAD for reserving the seat in the college..the bank people have asked that the payment should be done either in GIC OR NON GIC MODE..!my question is that there is also GIC AND NON VIC MODE in tution fees.?

Your tuition fees is not your GIC... 10200 CAD is your gic amount that you are supposed to wire transfer to Scotiabank or Icici bank in canada.... Tuition fees is applied towards your studies. So these are two different payments.
