Dear All

If i am applying for a Master's degree at Public University in Canada.. ( MGM at RRU, Victoria , BC )
Since I am 38, I fall under Non-SPP Category.

My question is:
Do I need to pay BOTH 1st Semester Fees AND invest in GIC OR
Is a GIC of 10,000 CAD enough?

How will each of these improve/affect chances of getting a visa.
