I am going to apply for a study permit (PhD), my proof of fund is money gained from selling my apartment. Now the source of money can be easily proved, but my question is: Could selling my apartment affect "ties to home country" element? I mean they may ask why have you sold your apartment while you are supposed to go back home after your study!
