GCMS notes no. However, if you request a copy of the physical file then this could potentially cause a slight delay - as they need to locate it to copy it... If a VO has it, it could cause a slight delay. However I would expect it to be minimal !

To be honest, no one really knows and can answer here with any certainty. It shouldn't in theory, but the actual impact is an internal process within the CIC.

When did you exactly ordered your notes?
As far i know its doesn't delay your application. I applied almost 8 gcms notes and i got my pr in 1year from the date of processing.

just curious - why did you need 8 gcms notes if they processed it within the timelines?

Because is it free and lots of people are inpatient! They should start charging people money for it.
For the whole period of my application, I ordered the GCMS notes exactly ONCE. and it was 10 months after CIC received my application.
