My wife is on Student visa from dec 2016. I have a quick question. Can i apply on student open work permit with out LMIA or do i need to get LMIA to apply student open work permit ?? I met few consultancies and they wanted me to apply for visitor visa and to covert to work permit form inside canada.
Bro You dont need LMIA for open work permitamd u can work full time...as u said ur spouse is intrnationl student...
all my suggstn would b dont listen to any of the consultancy whoz askng u to apply for visitor visa...
98% visitor visa getz rejectd..
