Hi all,

I have a CoPR and am planning to fly to Canada within next month. In my CoPR, the landing city is Toronto. However, I now I have scheduled a job interview in Vancouver.

1) Can I fly directly to Vancouver and do the landing formalities there even though in my CoPR it says Toronto?
2) Or should I land in Toronto, and then after few days, again fly to Vancouver ?

I am not sure how important the current address and city is in the CoPR. When I find a job, those will change anyways.

1. Yes.
2. It makes no difference unless you were selected by Quebec.

Did you get PR through a provincial nominee program? If so, you are supposed to show an intention to reside in the province that nominated you. That might be the only trap you face - if you were nominated by Ontario but intend to reside in BC, you might need to show them an intent to move to Ontario (forwarding flight, or travel plans).

Actually, nevermind... I see from your post history that you're FSW (express entry). You'll be fine landing wherever you want.
