City and Province of destination as mentioned in COPR

Hi,
I plan to do my landing on 27th April and I am not under PNP. The city of destination mentioned on my COPR is Toronto but I have a job offer in Halifax,Nova Scotia. I would like to know -

- if I can land directly in Halifax or do I have to land in Toronto, complete my landing formalities and then fly to Halifax?

- how much time does it take to complete the landing formalities.

Hi

You can land in Halifax. Note that unless you have a direct flight to Halifax, you will land wherever your first stop is.

It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours, depending on the line-up, how many officers on duty, etc.
