I have worked in Canada since Oct 2017 to Sep 2019 and I got the reference letter Oct 2019, i.e. two years ago. Is two-year-ago letter acceptable for Express Entry?
I also tend to believe my letter is alright, i.e. the issue date of the letter should be later than the amount of time you worked. Also my company was a Canadian University, IRCC should be able to clarify it should they want to do.
If the letter is dated AFTER you left the company and covers the duration of work you were claiming points for, that’s fine to use. Plus, of course, all needed details by IRCC should be in there.

I just found out the employment length letter by HR was issued on 1st Oct 2019 (should be no problem for this one, I have worked in Canada since Oct 2017 to Sep 2019)
However, the job description letter from my supervisor was written on 5th Sep 2019, but in this letter he clearly wrote the job was till end of September, is this OK?

I see, not sure on your supervisor’s letter. Afaik, letters should be dated after the duration of previous employment for it to be valid. Is it possible for your supervisor to give you another letter? Just change the date post-September 2019?
