i have done my Completed my MBA in 2011 my degree is attested from HEC, Foreign office, and Saudi Culture as i am already working in saudi Arabia... just want to confirm to apply for express entry does IQas accept PIMSAT degree

IF you can get them HEC attention (Post july 2017) then yes they will accept, uni verification is not acceptable by IQAS anymore.
