Does CIC replies to Case specific inquiry ?

Hi,
I have one important update for my application. I have raised Case Specific Inquiry to update some information to my application.

Does CIC replies or look into these requests.

Ofcourse they do but usually takes time. Most of the time they just send you either your application is still in process or not.
