Does CEC process time become slow?

I have AOR on march 3 and no updates since than. It seems CEC inland processing time become slow. As per myimmitracker, at least 25 % of CEC inland candidates applied in March should receive PRR. What you guys think?

I do think it's getting slower, my medical has passed for 30 days, no changes since then! ???

probably from next week, ppl with AOR in March will start receiving PPR
