Does anyone have the application fee payment issues?

I am working on the 2022 PGS forms. I am trying to pay the fees by using the Questionair, after I got my amount I chose "log in and pay" and it pop up my email and password, I assumed it's the same as the one i use to log in to the my PR portal. But no matter how I tried by typing again for using defaul, it showed "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. Please re-enter. ". It's really frustrating. Did I need to re-register when I use payment service? Or it should be the same as I used for PR portal. I have no issues to log in PR portal now. Appreciate for any experience.

register a new login. It's not the same as PR portal. once paid, upload the pdf receipt to pr portal.

I faced no issue. Just to let you know Injaut checked if I can login and select payment for my inlaws (a couple) i had no issue to login and to reach to the step where i have to put my card details.
i used the same login details which I used to pay since 2013

I faced no issue. Just to let you know Injaut checked if I can login and select payment for my inlaws (a couple) i had no issue to login and to reach to the step where i have to put my card details.
i used the same login details which I used to pay since 2013

PR portal and online payment use different logins. Unless you register with the same email and password.
Online payment has been there for many years, while PR portal was launched 2021. Not the same system.
