I am trying to make a payment online, but it tells me " We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. Please re-enter. "
I am using the same username/pw as I use to log into the Permanent Residency Portal. Is there a different account I need to do this?

Yes, it's a separate system and you need to create a new account.
