we don't no yet. I send them an email and ask about my application finalization but they send me the usual email response . So I need to wait until the regulatory timeline expired and then I will send another email again to see!!!!!

i totally agree that they should make any announcement what's going on. We are on 15 months application. Last update ecas july 14 medical received. Nothhing up to this point. Last email communication advised us next follow up January 2015.

It is just a rumor. But it is true that no PR has been given in august and september yet, no matter the category, and no matter the visa office. Very strange..
