Does a Canadian immigration medical exam include drug testing?

They check Protein, Glucose, Blood in Urinalysis and Syphilis, Hiv, Diabetes in Blood tests. No protein tests for Blood as far as I understand.

The question sabot protein in urine which would indicate that the kidneys are not working well. Kidney disease is one of the big things that is test for because it can be very expensive to treat an it pretty common.
