Is it Necessary to Submit Internship Completion Certificate to Embassy or Just the Degree Passing Certificate will work ?
My Internship will complete by the end of June 2019......I want to go in Sep 19 intake......Currently i Have my Provisional Degree Passing Certificate......but i will get my Internship completion Certificate in June 2019.....and i dont want to miss my intake by late submission of file in embassy.......Can anyone Clarify ?

Yes, you can apply with provisional ceritificate.
