Hi,
should we submit all educational documents from metric or only
Photocopy of the most recent (qualification)diploma/leaving certificate, and most recent mark sheets (for entire program; consolidated mark sheets are NOT acceptable)
according to spp checklist?
Is it must to submit loan disbursement letter with application? Loan must be disbursed or not if yes, how much amount?

1. you have to sumbit your matric,+2 and latest diploma ,degree,master if done if you are going as under graduate than matric and +2 certificates are needed
2.we sumbit loan disbursement letter when we pay college fees from loan and if you are giving fees from your own than disbursement letter is not needed
3. All the documents you submitting should be photocopy and notarised

I took loan of 11lacs against f.d and paid fees from it , and also showed bank statements of 5 lacs which was 6 to 7 months old

there is absolutely no need to Notarize any document in India !! only recent Degree/Diploma photocopy shud be submitted and not 10th and 12th !!! apart from passport everything else could be plain photocopy !!!

all the photocopies should be notorised and 10th and 12th marksheet s photocopies are also needed....

Where Is it written guri and why u need notarized copy ! They check ur docs with HRD nd see SPP checklist only recent degree diploma is required I always think before writing

Why there is no Category in refusal Letter !! Docs not Notarized and thats why ur Visa is Rejected )
