Documents to be attached while sending EOI to NBPNP?

Hi friends,

I am going to send EOI to NBPNP. Its is asked to send EOI form and CV by mail. I have ECA and IELTS reports of my husband and mine. Shall I attach them while sending EOI? Is it acceptable? Because I just wanna prove that we are fit enough to immigrate Newbrunswick. Can anyone suggest an opinion on this?
