Hi Guys,
How long usually does it take the documents have been sent to Mississauga from inside Canada to return due to imperfection?
I've sent my documents to Mississauga but after one week I got a post notice that I have a package at the post office. But unfortunately after 6 days, this package is not still available at the post office and it might be lost.
As I'm not waiting for any post parcels, I'm wondering this package could be my returned documents from Mississauga or not?
Mississauga don't typically return apps within a week of receiving them no but that's not to say it doesn't happen.
Have you tried calling CIC? If an app has been returned they MAY have a record of it. Quite possibly not but worth a try!

Prepare to hold for a looooong time. Also prepare for them telling you absolutely nothing. But worth a try.

In that case you are fine. Applications are not returned until after the AOR time frame passes, which right now is 6+ weeks.

I have called customer service several times. They just reply that they are investigating what happened to my package.
