So IRCC website states you need a quarantine plan, therefore bring one. Bring your letter of introduction, bring your enrollment letter, bring your proof of funds, bring proof of where you'll live.
I believe it is the approval letter (aka port of entry letter of introduction). You show it to the officials at the POE to get your study permit. I believe the one they stamp on your passport when they request it here is the study visa which is not the same as the study permit. Study visa allows you to enter Canada while the permit allows you to stay and study in Canada.
No thats not a silly question! Letter of introduction is a study permit approval letter and is also known as a correspondence letter. Basically it shows that your visa has been approved and then you show this to the CBSA officer at the poe to obtain your study permit

International students who had a study permit application approved have been sent a letter (push notification) advising the principal applicant or their authorized representative about
public health measures in place to limit the spread of COVID-19 in Canada
what to expect upon arrival, in particular the 14-day mandatory quarantine instructions
the exemption from the travel restrictions should they be travelling for a non-discretionary purpose and destined to study at a DLI with a COVID-19 readiness plan approved by the province or territory
Etc etc.....
I got an OPR but didn't get any letter that is referred to above. Any ideas what this is about?
I don’t think a lot of people receive these emails. I never received emails from IRCC aside from when they replied to my webform or send me a notification about my application
