Hey all,

Just wanted to get some peoples opinions on whether you guys think I have a chance.

Im a US citizen and would be travelling directly from the states. I have my AIP already, and can get a travel support letter from my DLI. Can show 3 week hotel reservation for quarantine. The plan would be to travel fly into montreal, and apply for a new study permit right at the POE as the canada websites says it could potentially be a option.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, as I said, the key word is: land POE. But US citizens without a POE letter cannot fly to Canada.

If you want to fly us to Canada, it's the discretion of airline to allow boarding without a Poe letter. The Adirondack train is not currently running Albany to Montreal, otherwise that's the cool way to travel there.
