Is the Maintenance Certificate really necessary or i can apply without it.............

That's an evidence that the bank statement your providing it's authentic and the bank issued you a maintenance certificate.

Rest is your own choice.

I submitted today at Gary's they have not asked for notarized copies(only Id card and passport copy is submitted with originals )
