Please advise me if i am missing some thing.I am sending following documents original and copies. Copies will be attested from the notary public.

*For family

Original Nikah Nama with Translation attested
Birth certificate of children copies attested

*Attested translated copies of Property documents

*Financial

Bank statements some stamped and some printed from online software.
ITR and wealth tax statement copy downloaded
Salary Slips
Insurance and Car documents copy

*Experience Certificates

Should i send them original or attested copies

*Original Degrees and Education Certificates

* CAQ copy

*Original Admission Letter

*SOP

*University Fee payment Receipt copy

*Passports Original with copies

*Passport size photos

*Application forms

Following items are required for Canadian Visa

· Original Passport

· Birth certificate/translated and notarized

· Two Photograph (with White background )

· Original Proof of Payment of Canadian Fee Receipt (125$)

· Confirmation Page of Online Visa Application with bar code

· Original Receipt of Visa Fee

· Original Interview Appointment Letter

· Evidence of Financial Sources (Required Bank Statement of previous four months + Property documents)

· Affidavit of Support from Sponsor (Copy of CNIC + Passport ID Page of Sponsor must be attached with it)

· All Original Educational Documents (Transcripts and Certificates)

· Original IELTS Certificate and GRE Scores

· A Personal Statement for Study Permit in Canada (minimum 500 words)

· Copy of CNIC of the student

· Work Experience Letter/s (if applicable)

· Police Certificate

· Proof of Tuition fee payment

· Visa Application forms

· 2 complete photo copy sets of all above attested and notarized

Why they are needed ,they are not mentioned in the document you provided and on CHC web site............

if you want to confirm it just go to your courier services provider ask them personally.

One should be kept with you and other will go with your original documents

Notarized and attested your one set and get its copy it will save your money plus documents which should be attested is your educational documents and any other documents which you feel should be attested but Visa forms will not be attested and bank statement should be attested from bank and get the maintenance certificate as well from bank.

Yar i have got the attested statement from bank but shares company have given me the statements in soft form and i printed them. What is the maintenance certificate.............

Maintenance Certificate is issued by bank manager go and ask them to issue you maintenance certificate off one year if your a/c is that much old or from the date upto till date.
