Documents for Past Criminal Case Dismissal

Hi everyone,

My husband was at one point, charged with a criminal offence due to false allegations from his ex-wife. The High Court dismissed the charges, as well as the District Court. He was also later granted a divorce and sole custody of their daughter.
What documentation do we need to provide for our Spousal PR application in regards to his case that was dismissed? We have nothing to hide. We are attaching the High Court order to dismiss the case, along with the settlement agreement but I’m unsure of what else to attach.

Those sound like the right documents given the charges were dismissed.
