I have arranged all the documents that is required by CIC office in London, what is the best of putting these document togather in order to give professional look? can i staple them all togather or punch them and put in folder or shall i them in clear envelopes and put them in binder?
please advice..
Read the instruction guide.
no staples..
We just added them to the filled form. No complaints so far
but there are few documents for which i have more than two pages, and i must have to stapple them,, there is no such information or instruction mentioned on guideline for london cic office, is there any advice on preparing documents bundle for london office...
i am thinking to put them in two hole binder so that nothing get lost or mixed...
any advice...
I had bought a File Folder... Bought Seperators... You might have received an Apendix with the letter for submission of documents...
Arrange all the documents into section as per the Apendix...
Buy paper jackets (transparent) to insert the papers in order. This will avoid making holes in documents...
Put copy of this Appendix on top of all documents with a Cover Letter (if required)...
Good Luck... This is just what I think... I had done this for easier navigation and finding a document...
