document sent to cic

I have sent my application with all relevent document to cic .I have come to know that their will be a wait of 120 days from the date of my document received by cic .Please advise what will be the next step if the application is accepted and how much time will it take to compelete the whole process .Please note i,m applying from Pakistan

It is normally 12 - 15 weeks . If everything went ok, your CC / DD get charge and you will recevied PER email. Otherwise your package will return with explanation.
So you have to do nothing but to wait till email from Them

I am also at the same step at what you are. I believe we have to do nothing but to wait and pray for PER i-e Positive Eligibility Review from Sydney CIO.

Hi alright after pr they sent medical .? So it will another wait for six month .plz correct me if im wrong
