I am sponsoring my mom and dad to immigrate to canada. I listed my brother as a dependent, but he is not immigrating to canada. On #8 of the document checklist, it asked for a proof of principle applicant's relationship to an accompanying dependent children. since my brother is not accompanying, should i still provide this proof?
Also, what can I do if I cannot provide my parents' birth certificates? (They are almost 80yrs old)
