Agree. Havent seen any of 2025 even.

I believe your passport needs to have atleast 6 months validity at time of interview, not sure though.

this is not true, search for other peoples experience in this forum and youll see many got their visa with less than 6months validity.

My visa got approved with less than 2months validity on my RTD.

I would say confirm it once properly. Also, you still have ample time to apply for new passport . But I am not sure how would it impact DS160.

From what I understood you cannot change your passport info once youve submitted your DS160 and you would need a new application & appointment for a new passport

this is not true, search for other peoples experience in this forum and youll see many got their visa with less than 6months validity.

My visa got approved with less than 2months validity on my RTD.

It very well could be that its not true. Thats why I mentioned that I am not sure.
If you are sure about it, then it would definitely help and she wouldn’t have to renew passport or stuff like that.

Received an email today which said "You might qualify to schedule an earlier U.S. Visa appointment". After i checked I received a priority slot for Jan 2025.

So keep on checking and you might get a earlier date.

You can just check ais visa auto rescheduler, its a google chrome extension which checks if there are open slots every 1 min.
