Do you need an affidavit ?

Hi,

Do you need an affidavit if the document and it's translation are already legalized by the Embassy of Canada ?

For example, I have the police certificate from Spain, it is translated to English. Both legalized by the embassy of Canada in Spain. do i still need to provide an affidavit of the translation ?
