Hi All,

Do we need WES hard copy ever in the entire CIC process? I just have soft copy (which I downloaded from my WES account online) and I seem to have lost my Hard copy.

Please suggest.

Not sure about IRCC, but have heard about OINP rejecting applications in the past due to not sending the ECA stamped copy scanned, which is only given on a hard copy.

A similar question: do I need to send a physical copy of proof of funds gift deed letter, or a scan upload would do? My parents live in another country far away it'll be expensive and slow to mail the actual copy to me.

I Have never received a hard copy of my ECA and successfully applied for PR. Hope this helps
