Actually my offer letter is conditional. I am asked to show my degree certificate by 30th sep. Bt i can't apply for visa with conditional offer letter. Now, i am confused if i should send my original degree via courier or should i get an attested copy of my degree from my university sealed in an envelope? What should i do? Please guide me?
While applying to colleges , I had provided notarized copies.
Some colleges don't even require notarization , they require only scanned copies of document.
I think you should get the clarification from the university POC.

Don't send original copies of your certificates/IELTS scores.
Best option ll be: Just notarize them and send (I did the same), surely the will accept. Check their website for clarification. They will not ask for original docs.
Else, Ask your institution to certify but it's complex cause u need to visit every institution for certification.
